Nicky's & Ant's

The shop began after our original business, the Mangia Mobile foodtruck, partnered with Sunset Hill brewing company. After a great first couple of months, our hours became restricted to only 12 PM-5 PM Friday through Saturday by the township we were in due to an ongoing settlement with the brewery. After months of battling and waiting patiently for resolve, we had to make a move. We decided to open up the kitchen we were prepping out of and this time, we named it after ourselves, “Nicky’s and Ant’s”. Over here, we take pride in using flour that is not bleached nor bromated, as well as frying in beef tallow and using single-source Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. All of our Italian ingredients are imported from their respective regions of Italy. Quality will always come before profitability. We believe that food is not only about sustenance; it's about bringing people together and creating memorable experience.
